After spending 15 years working for the government I had to put my children in daycare. I saw a need for childcare within my community and I decided to open my own preschool. I really love watching children learn from a young age.

I have a B.A in Early Child Development and Psychology. Currently I am working on my Master's Degree in Educational Counselling.

There are a lot of programs that are government controlled. I am licensed since 1987. There is so little being done by the state for early childhood development in the low income areas.

Human Resources and Outreach

Training staff and having the resources available for them. Also come here sometimes not knowing anything and just watching them learn and grow is such an accomplishment. 

I want to continue what I am doing, thinking outside the box a bit more. Be more proactive with merging with the Public schools.

I have so much passion for what I do.

That I was able to give the children an excellent preschool experience.

Love spending time with my family traveling, reading, going up to the mountains. My husband is also a pastor so we like to be involved within our community.
