Wanda O. Wallace Born on October 8, 1958 in Oklahoma City, OK to Julius and Juanita Cudjoe, she is one of six sisters and one brother. Wanda graduated from North East High School in 1976.  Wanda attended St. Mary Christian Methodist Episcopal Church while growing up. Wanda attended Rose State Jr. College where she studied speech communications until 1978. While attending college, Wanda’s best friend introduced her to Reachout Outreach Christian Center non-denomination Ministry. It was there were Wanda began to learn more about God and His Son. Within six months God touched hers life tremendously.   She was reborn in her inman, her spirit was renew on the inside. She knew something had change in her.  Wanda continued going to Reachout Outreach Christian Center until God relocated in 1983. The family relocated to Langley FAB, VA. From 1983 to 1990 Wanda attended Victory Life Church in Hampton, VA under Pastor Phil Privette, She completed classes in Spiritual Authority, Salvation, Counseling in Ministry, Prayer Counseling.

 In 1990 the Lord relocated her and family to San Vito Dei Normanni Air Station, Italy. There Wanda worked as a Sunday school teacher and a lay minister under the guidance of Chaplain George R. Washington.  Wanda began to carry out her assignment from God.  She was a lay minister for the United States Air Force and she taught Bible classes, Sunday school, salvation classes, seminar teacher, prayer classes and praise and worship. Through her leadership the Word spread to people and they became saved, set free and delivered.

In May 1991 she received her certificate of Minister License from Bible Way Church of Deliverance at Naples San Vito AS, Italy under Pastor Charles F. Hendricks. She later moved to Montgomery, AL and work under Maj Eddie Walker as layman minister for the United States Air Force Base Chaplin Maxwell –Gunter AFB, AL. Wanda also worked with many local churches in the Air Force community.  While living in Montgomery she fellowshipped at Christian Life Church under Pastor Stephen E. Vickers and served as a Prayer Counselor and Care Giver lead Assistant. Wanda was blessed to sit up under the teachings of Dr. Creflo A. Dollar for seven years as she traveled two hours on Sunday morning to church. In her younger years she loved to listen to Kenneth Copeland, and Kenneth E. Hagin where a great deal of her biblical teachings came from. So with all that God commanded her to “put the vision in place”.

 In the fall of 1993-1995, God instructed Wanda to finish her education so she in rolled in RHEMA Corresponding Bible School in Tulsa, OK where she completed her Diploma in Biblical Studies. Wanda started an Outreach Ministry to teach the people how to live out the Word of God in everyday living step by step with the Word of God. Changing people from the inside out, with the Word of God is her vision.  In Nov 1995 Wanda was ordained and received her License of Qualification under Harvester Christian Fellowship Crossville TN.

 Since than Dr. Wanda O. Wallace has received her Bachelor Biblical Studies. Master Ministry and Doctor Ministry. from Omega Bible Institute & Seminary. She is the CEO-Founder of Changing Garment Ministries Inc.

God has instructed Wanda to teach the Body of Christ the Word of God with wisdom, CGM Ministries, received its vision for wisdom and understanding to apply and produced every day in the believer’s life.  In June 2000-2012 the Lord relocated her and family back to Hampton Virginia, Wanda has worked 23 years for DOD and Office Personnel Management (OPM) mission. Vast experience in supervising and administering DOD Military and Federal Civil Service placement tests. In July 2012-2015 she stated with the Dept. of Navy working with Family Advocate Program. As Office Automation Assistant Helping Military families community.

Dr. Wallace is a visionary leader whose mission is to empower believers through teaching and preaching the uncompromised Word of God to fulfill their highest calling and change the world through Jesus Christ.  She providing leadership, mentoring, and spiritual service to a multi-cultural generation of believers through diverse ministerial teaching, administration, and the study of God’s word through gifts, talents, and the leading of the Holy Spirit.

In March 2004 Changing Garments Ministries held their first Conference in Hampton, VA.  She has helped other churches in the Hampton Roads area started their first women conferences.

Dr. Wallace is the author of Marriage and Divorce It’s Impact on Society and the Church,

and the Life of Christ.  She is a conference speaker, teacher and minister of the gospel who loves helping people live their life to the fullest. Dr. Wallace is the wife of Retire SMSGT Gary Wallace and the mother of three beautiful children: Shanda, Lakeetha, and John; six grandchildrens and one great grandchild.

Meanwhile, Dr. Wallace continues to minister and preach the Word of Jesus Christ when called upon.

My career in the ministry chose me when I was a young girl. My mom raised me in the church and I always had a personal background with God and I kept him close to me. I always prayed and God was always there for me to help me read and finish school. God is the center of my life and I want to give back to others.

Believing God had called me into the ministry and He open all the doors for me to enter into  His will. And I received a Doctorate degree in Ministry, Master in Ministry and Bachelor in Biblical Studies.

My biggest challenge is standing my ground when others don't believe. And walk it out in love in Jesus name. Because love cover all things even when it hurt or hate. We still have to stay in love.

My greatest strength is the Word of God and remind myself I am made in Him and I have His mind inside of me. Leading me by my spirit because we are one in Him.   

My first greatest accomplishment was seeing my three kids out on there own and believing in the Word of God.

My second greatest accomplishment was writing my 2 books, Marriage and Divorce-Impact on Society and the Church and Life of Christ.

My third greatest accomplishment is I been marriage for 36 years and thinking God for more to come.

My professional goal is to build God kingdom here on earth where His people can worship Him with thanksgiving as He lead me by the Holy Spirit, in His church and to do whatever God leads me too.

I am inspired by the Word of God.
