She enjoys the operational aspect of accounting, identify process  and work  to improve their processes.

She has experience in Internal Auditing, a field in which she has done extensive training. She is a Certified Internal Auditor and she had a great mentor along the way.

Her biggest challenge has been getting the deserved recognition and value for what she does. She established the Internal Audit Department from scratch, and it was hard to get her seat on the Board and Executive Meetings.

She is a great listener, problem solver, trainer, coach, she can communicate on all levels, and is able to read others personalities and she helps others coach in areas where she struggled herself.

She considers establishing the Internal Audit Department and getting the respect from the Senior Executive Management.

She wants to move to larger Internal Audit group and continue to build her skill set, training, and coaching with talent management.

She is a go getter and enjoys challenges, she continues to challenge herself, self building and  team building and seeing the success they achieve and knowing they rely on her.

She wants to be remembered as someone who helped others reach their success, she always tried to help others move forward.

She participates with the Institute Internal Auditors.

She supports American Cancer Society, Multiple Sclerosis, ASPCA, and Wounded Warriors.

When not working she enjoys reading, traveling, going out to restaurants, shopping and exercising.
