As a Certified Coach, Speaker &Trainer a member of the John Maxwell Team, I facilitate Leadership Workshops to help individuals, businesses and organizations.

One Word Leadership Solutions LLC is a Professional Leadership Development company.  We offer Mastermind courses, Lunch and Learns, Individual and group mentoring, Business and Personal Coaching, Personal Growth Women Retreats, and consulting for Lean Six Sigma. 

I have been working with Sixth Sigma Processes for 15 years and training for 10 years. I left Corporate America this year and started my business, One Word Leadership Solutions, LLC. I have always wanted to help people realize what their purpose is, why we do what we do and wanted to help them in finding direction. I do this through leadership training, lunch and learns, and creating personal growth and taking the waste out of processes for corporations and individuals.

I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. I went on to become a Master Six Sigma Black Belt and a licensed John C. Maxwell Coach and Trainer. I also learned a great deal through my experiences in corporate America. I learned integration leadership effectiveness from working in each position I have held and through many promotions.

Professionally, my biggest challenge has been to be seen as well as heard, especially as an African-American woman.

My ability to listen and discern where a problem is and developing tools to help people see where they are, are my greatest strengths. I am able to identify problems quickly and inturn strategize solutions quickly.

My greatest accomplishment are my four beautiful children and my grandchildren.

This biggest change for me this year was leaving corporate American and starting my own company. My goal is to blow-up in a big way and become a known personal life coach for individuals, and for corporations, to teach them how to read their people and put the right people in the right position. I am doing a lot of networking to get my name out there and have recently begun consulting with corporation.

What inspires me is that I know I have a mission on Earth to help all people, especially women.

I want to be remembered as having a strong character while also being humble and for my willingness to listen.
