My husband and I run a commercial cabinet manufacturing company that is a family business. I handle the processes, procedures, HR and the financial end. We both do the designing. I also am a realtor part-time. I purchased some homes as an investment but ended up remodeling them and renting them.

I learned the business by being on-the-job. I had to educate myself especially on the financial end. Additionally, I have had my real estate license since 2014.

The biggest challenge I've overcome is working with men. The men in the company don't always want to take my direction, despite the fact that I am an owner. I've worked very diligently to educate myself in all aspects of the company so that I can lead effectively.

My greatest strength is my clear vision and goals for the company. I have compassion but balance with direction.

My greatest accomplishment is educating myself in the family business as well as being a landlord in my real estate investments. I have raised four children and balanced my work-life well.

My goals are to eventually sell the business and continue in real estate in approximately ten years. I want to purchase apartment buildings and rent them out.

My husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren inspire me the most. My hard work is for their security.

I want to be most remembered for being loving, kind and inspirational. Women can do anything when they get out of their comfort zones and push past any obstacles.

I enjoy hiking, scuba diving, and spending time with my family. I also love to travel with my husband. I am currently working on my bucket list.
