As a consulting partner and executive coach, I have provided leadership development and coaching to high potential and senior executives for over 20 years. 

In my former role as Director of the Leadership Institute at Macy's, Inc., my work encompassed executive coaching, program facilitation, and designing and delivering leadership development programs tailored to meet the demands of an ever-changing organization.

Resonant Leadership, LLC is a leadership development, coaching and consulting firm committed to helping leaders and their teams build greater agility, resilience and resourcefulness in order to effectively meet the challenges of today's volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous business environments. 

Coaching is my calling. I believe everything I have previously done throughout my career has prepared me for what I was meant to do. After a long and rewarding career at Macy's, I have decided to pursue my calling and launch my own leadership coaching and consulting business.

My preparation has been a combination of both formal education and my years of experience. I received my Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Organizational Leadership from Xavier University, my Executive Coaching Certification from Columbia University, and my MBA Essentials Certification from Northern Kentucky University. I am also certified in several psychometric and 360-degree instruments including CCL Benchmarks®, PDI Profilor®, ChangeWise Leadership Agility® 360, Strength Deployment Inventory®, Insights Discovery®, Insights Transformational Leadership®, and DiSC® Profile.

My biggest challenge has been effectively leveraging social media to reach liked minded professional women executives and business owners.

My greatest strength is coaching; it is a calling for me.

My greatest accomplishment to date has been making a positive difference for hundreds of talented executives through my work in the Leadership Institute. 

My professional goal is to continue leveraging my business to help others step into their full potential and make a positive impact in their organizations, communities and families.

I am inspired by on-going self-development and learning. This is my passion and my life's purpose.
