I have been in the Financial Services Industry for 25 years. It was a growing field in my community and when I got out of college I just did not know what to do. CTFS was looking for someone bilingual and I wound up starting in a financial service call center and worked my way up to management. 

I have an International MBA from Heriot-Watt University. I also have International Project Management Certification (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and a Certification in International Change Management.

My challenges have been both personal and professional. I sit on many boards and it can be difficult at times to manage my time and thus manage my guilt. Being a mother, a professional, a manager, a scholar, and a community volunteer while also being kind to myself is a difficult juggling act.

Since a young child, I have been hyper-organized and structured. I have taken those talents and applied them to what I do for a living and manage a large portfolio of projects.

My greatest accomplishment is my 19 year old daughter who is an accomplished athlete, scholar and woman.

This year I began in a new role in my organization, so for the time being my goal is be completely immersed in being the best I can be in my role. In about 10 years or so I can see myself retiring from the financial service industry, at which time my goal is to do something that makes me feel good in an organization that I am passionate about.

Anything that I can do to influence positive change and affect my daughter's future for the better inspires me. After experiencing many challenges myself, I want to pave a smoother path with less resistance to change as she enters the work force.,

I want to be remembered for my courage to challenge the status quo and for affecting change in mindsets about diversity.
