About me

I am a Relationship Expert, Best-Selling Author & International Speaker.

I was born in France but I've been living in the UK for the past 19 years. My background is mainly operational management in the security industry, which is how I started to coach and support people. I figured out that a happy team meant a lot less aggravation and turnover so I invested a large amount of time developing my staff both at work but also home. I sometimes used fairly unorthodox methods, which led me to achieve better results than my counterparts.

I left the corporate world in 2012 and subsequently retrained in NLP - Neuro Linguistic Programming. I now help people having difficulties with their partners, singles struggling to meet the right person or those with challenges within themselves such as anxiety or learning to know who they really are and find their purpose.

I published her first book ‘Your Other Half – The Guide to Better Relationships with Others & Yourself’, which reached Amazon #1 Best Selling Status when it was first released on Kindle in October 2016. The paperback version became available in January 2017 and was officially launched in Waterstones West Quay, Southampton, UK and was deemed to be the most successful the store has had in terms of attendance and book sales.

I have experienced quite a few difficult challenges in my personal life in the last 3 years and I want to share what I have learnt, as well as how I have dealt with extremely testing situations. I am currently working on a number of projects, from dealing with grief to becoming more resilient, as well as compiling a book on my research into the causes of anxiety.

About my company

·     I provide one to one coaching for people who are:

           * Single and struggling to meet the right person

·         * Experiencing marriage and relationship problems

·         * Having issues with kids or family members

· ·     * Experiencing personal difficulties such as anxiety, depression or lack of confidence

I also organise workshops (online & offline) and will release 2 online programmes in March 2018.

I chose this career path because

I am originally French, and I later moved the UK to study International Relations & Politics at Portsmouth University. My early career began in the securities industry, where I worked my way up and held various managerial positions. I often found myself to as the only woman, or one of few women, in a world ruled by men.

The opportunity of redundancy came up in 2012 and I have never looked back. I started working for myself and set up events for single professionals on the South Coast. I soon realised that a lot of people actually aren’t psychologically ready to be dating and decided it would be better to help them on their journey so I did just that. Along the way, I started to attract people with different types of relationship issues, such as marriage problems or difficulties with family members, as well as people battling their own personal struggles.

My life's work has become about inspiring others and helping them make positive changes to improve their lives. Often drawing on my own experiences, I started writing programs and have authored my first book, Your Other Half.

I prepared for this career by

As far as my formal education goes, I have a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Politics (University of Portsmouth, UK) and a Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages and Business Management (University of Picardy, France).

Since starting my career in personal development, I have done courses through formal trainings and coaching such a qualification in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), which is one of my favourite tools. I also use a lof of my own life experience as well as what I have learnt from other people.

The biggest challenge I've overcome

2017 was extremely difficult. I was tested in a number of ways in a very short amount of time. I feel very lucky to have the training that I do as it allowed me to recognise what was happening and how to respond to it. More about this soon...

My greatest strength(s)

My greatest strengths include my ability to connect with people and to read between the lines. I am often told that I am very approachable, can relate to anyone and wise.

My greatest accomplishment to date

On a personal level, my greatest accomplishment was to pay my mortgage off by the age of 30.

On a professionally, my greatest achievement was to help a 17 year old who had suffered from extreme anxiety all of his life. Where he would not go out of the house, he now travels and has started his own business, which has meant he has had to do some public speaking too. His transformation only took 6 months of coaching.

The positive impact I have on people and how I can help them to change their lives is what I am most proud of.

My personal/professional goals

My aim is to inspire and improve people’s lives with positive change, to be themselves and more fulfilled. Identifying the root cause of the problem is essential and not always as obvious as we may think.

Accepting help is often the first step of the process and probably the hardest. We all need a little support at times to push us in the right direction and eventually get the results that we want so much. I can help to create a paradigm shift in a way that feels authentic and comfortable.

On a personal level, I would like a bit more of a work/ life balance.

What/Who has inspired me the most

I am inspired by the people I have had the privilege of working with, as well as knowing what it takes to create change and seeing the proof-positive results.

I most want to be known/remembered for

I want to be remembered for changing people's lives and positively impacting the world.

I enjoy the following hobbies/interests

I enjoy socializing, food and wine.
