I chose this career path because I started working at Bank of America in Germany in the retail sector and when I transferred to the United States, my international experience led me to my current position.

I received my MSBA from Boston University International Program. I am also PHR Certified.
The biggest challenge I've overcome
My biggest challenge is keeping up with labor relations within Europe, Asia and the United States.
My greatest strength(s)
My greatest strength is in leadership skills within the Human Resources world.
My greatest accomplishment to date
My greatest accomplishment is leading human resources in the support for their lines of business internationally.
My personal/professional goals
My professional goals are to continue to provide outstanding services to our military overseas and personally. I am on the Board as President with the Texas Business Women for the State of Texas and I look to continue to grow with them.
What/Who has inspired me the most
My inspiration comes from the associates overseas who I work with and for.

I want to be remembered for making a difference and being responsible and dedicated to line of business that I engage in.

I participate in many organizations through Bank of America as well as NAPW, Habitat for Humanity, Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, Alzheimer's Association and Dare to Love. I am also on the Board as President with the Texas Business Women for the State of Texas.
