I started working in the corporate world in international business and finance. Upon moving to the U.S. from the Dominican Republic, I worked mostly in commercial banking. A friend who had a radio show asked me for help and from there we ended up having our own radio show. It is called Women In Business. The premise is women speaking about their journey in their own lives and careers. It inspires and motivates others to move forward when they are starting out. We have another business together called, Entrepreneur Reboot Academy. It is business development training for small business such as banks, real estate and staff, etc. 

I prepared for my career by getting my BA in Business and my MA in International Business. I am also a certified business coach. I continually take courses and further my education.

The biggest challenge I've overcome is getting out of my own way. I am Hispanic and grew up in the Dominican Republic. Culturally woman are conditioned to be good at their jobs but truly shine as a wife and mother. I always liked studying and learning. I got married and divorced and then got back to myself. I moved to the United States and had no idea how business worked. I had two children to provide for and without fear I was able to find my best self.

My greatest strength is loving to connect as a supporter. I've always been a facilitator. I like to make ideas clear and understandable for people. I love the moment I can see clarity on someone elses face...the "Aha" moment. 

My greatest accomplishment to date is quitting my corporate job. I listened to the voice inside me, took a chance and ended up doing what I love and was meant to do.

My goal is to have speaking engagements as well teach and guide more people in business. I would also like to travel the world.

I am inspired when I can inspire and help others. I do get messages from listeners of the radio show that say that I have touched them. Knowing that I can help people and their businesses inspires me.

I most want to be remembered for being loving and supportive in every way.

I  am on the board for Safe Haven for Newborns. I also support Andrea's Castillo Foundation.

I enjoy the beach, swimming, reading and being home with family.
