I went into IT because I find it interesting and it came easy to me. Since I was a young child I have always thought methodically, and when I was in middle school I took my first programming course and it just made sense. I have had a career in IT for 23 years and have been Global Head of Software Development for SAP for 4 years.

I received my B.S. in Computer Sciences and Engineering from UCLA and went on to earn my M.S. in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

There is always a challenge in achieving that work/life balance and giving enough attention to both. I have 3 kids in college all studying to be engineers.

My greatest strengths are building, collaborating, and being able to get a consensus across teams. I am a real troubleshooter and I have empathy as a manager.

Personally, my greatest accomplishment has been raising 3 successful children. Professionally, I rewrote a full billing system. It started as a small project and became a real time analysis of margins indicating how well the business group was doing.

I am currently in the process of becoming a certified internal coach and plan to pursue that.

The people I work with inspire me - I work with a great team of developers. I am also inspired with those I work with in Operations, and Project Management. We are all customer focused.

I want to be remembered as a collaborator and for being able to get a diverse group of people to work toward common goal.
