Richelle has dedicated her life and career to helping others through consultative services in the for-profit and non-profit arenas. She is a United States Vietnam-era veteran and lived in West Germany for over seven years, as an active duty service woman and as a supporting service member’s wife. She has had a successful career in the museum, insurance and franchising industries. Richelle has served on the Board of Directors for numerous professional and community organizations in PA, TX, AR, NY and DE; such as CONTACT Harrisburg and the National Board of CONTACT USA and served as the Vice President of Membership with the Junior League of Harrisburg and currently as a Sustaining Member with the Junior League of Wilmington. Richelle also worked as a Registrar Museum Consultant for the Barnes Foundation in Marion, PA and as the Executive Director for President Clinton’s Birthplace in Hope, Arkansas. She also served as President of NAWBO (National Association of Business Owners) in Delaware.

She was an Aspirant with the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and is currently a Lay Prayer Associate. She is also a Eucharistic Minister and Lector at her church. Richelle has a passion for empowering others to be the best they can be through their ever growing relationship with God in their daily lives. Richelle Rodgers served as Executive Director of President William J. Clinton’s Birthplace Foundation in Hope Arkansas. She facilitated the development of a Strategic Plan with the Board of Directors and managed the overall operations and marketing for the foundation.

Richelle worked as a Museum Registrar Consultant for the world renowned Barnes Foundation in Merion, PA. The Barnes Foundation is an American educational art and horticultural institution. Today the foundation possesses more than 9,000 objects, including 1300 paintings. A sampling of the Barnes painting collection includes 181 Renoirs, 69 Cézannes, 59 Matisse, 46 Picasso and 7 Van Gogh.

She is a U.S. Army veteran whose professional accomplishments have benefitted numerous community organizations and are testimony to her skills and talents. I chose this career because I wanted to be an international world reknowned speaker helping veterans, particularly women veterans achieve their goals and aspirations in life. 

I am a Vietnam-era veteran and I received my Masters Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from St. Francis University in Loretta, PA.  I also have my Bachelors of  Science Degree in Liberal Arts from Excelsior College.  I have the following Certifications in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from CEO Space International:  Napolean Hill "Think and Grow Rich" Leaders Certification Course; Napolean Hill Leadership Certification Course (Correspondence Course); Napolean Hill Leadership Certification Course (On-Line Course); and Napolean Hill Leadership Certification Course (in Italy).

I have over 30 years in business management experience, and I am a Vietnam-era veteran.

Professionally, my greatest accomplishment is that I worked as Exective Director for President Clintons Birthplace Foundation and achieving my Napoleon Hill Leadership Certification.  Personally, it is having my daughter and my triplet grandchildren.   I have also been blessed to being married to my husband for the past 38 years.  We met while I was in the Army in Frankfurt, West Germany and he is also a Vietnam-era veteran.   

To become a world reknowned author and public speaker to help veterans, particularly the women, achieve their goals and aspirations once returning to civilian life.

GOD has been my biggest inspiration.   Also my mother, she instilled that education is very important.  Most recently, it is Napoeon Hill's 17 Principles to Success. 

I most want to be known/remembered as a woman dedicated to helping others realize their dreams and aspirations, especially our women veterans.

• I am also a member and mentor of the Business and Professional Women's Foundation; Military Writers Society of America; National Association of Black Military Women; Women in Military Service;The American Association of University Women. 

• Currently working with Babette Peyton in developing and implementing the first Women Veterans Leadership Awards Symposium (WVLAS) on March 14th 2014 at the Women in Military Service for America (WIMSA)Memorial in Arlington, VA. We are both Vietnam era veterans who served together in Frankfurt, West Germany. WVLAS is dedicated to honoring and recognizing military women veterans and their advocates who display exemplary leadership skills in either the military, government, education or private sectors, In support of this mission, we are dedicated to championing an "awards and community outreach" three-tier program. 1. A competitive scholarship awards and outreach program for women veterans. 2. A competitive essay awards contest and outreach program for high school students. 3. An alliance and outreach with National Organizations to spread and share the word. WVLAS is going beyond the Annual Award Ceremony be championing this "awards and outreach" three tier program. The high school program will be beta tested in the Fall with the results being announced at the March 14th 2014 event. This is being sponsored by the YEU (Young Entrepreneurs of the Universe) Veterans Initiative, Wounded Ladies Warriors, Green Project.

• I have been appointed as an honorary Member of President Obama's "Kitchen Cabinet" effective July 16, 2013.
