Because my father worked it my grandfather worked it and I have followed in their footsteps I was born to be in the automobile business .

Mostly hands on training started in supplies  Also went to  a college trade school BBA  Traveling Manager the next three and half years traveling internationally and three years domestically My responsibility 4 people working on the greenfield sites.

Biggest challenge  was changing the career culture.  Trying to keep it moving forward.  There was little diversity especially in the early 90 s .  My ideas were always pushed back I had to work very hard as the only woman .  Hrad to move up the ladder in a mans world.

Good mind set good supplies relationship negotiating mentoring and presentations . Also processing PROGRAMMING AND GUIDANCE.

Consolidating all the travel globally in the 90's.  created structure and business plaine guideleines that are still in place today.

Personal Growth Personally and emotionally resilience practicing and continue develop and grow other people myself . and make valuable contributions . continue to be stubborn and continue mentoring and offering my knowledge to other people.

 My mother inspired me she  is a director of the medical field and my father was stubborn like me so we were a lot a like . 

 Fair and equitable that instructed and developed people in whatever they wanted to be.
