Int-Great, LLC is a boutique marketing and management consultancy that works with clients in the higher education, corporate and non-profit sectors in North America, Europe and the Middle East.

Having offices in two locations around the world – Phoenix, Arizona and Beirut, Lebanon – the company specializes in marketing research, corporate branding and event management using advanced, ahead-of-the-curve expertise.

In 2013, I started Int-Great, LLC. as the culmination of my overall passion for marketing and my years of experience working in both for-profit and non-profit organizations.  I started many women's empowerment programs and projects that impacted many people because I identify a great need to help women in business, especially the in the Middle East.

I also currently serve as the Director of the Pharmaceutical MBA program at Lebanese International University and I am an Adjunct Professor as Grand Canyon University, where I teach Marketing at the graduate level.

I received my Doctorate in Business Administration in Marketing from Grenoble Ecole de Management and my MBA from Lebanon International University. I also learned a great deal of what I know through professional experience.

My biggest challenge is being the best mom I can while achieving my fullest professional potential without giving anything up. I also travel, with my children, from Lebanon to Arizona and back because of my role as Director at Lebanon International University, and that can be difficult at times.

My greatest strengths are my creativity and my ability to effectively communicate with others.

I am very proud of the fact that I created the first Pharmaceutical MBA program in the Middle East.

This year I have grown more confident. My youngest child is two years old and everyone tells me I should slow down now that I have 2 children. In the past 6 months, God has given me the energy and brains to learn how to manage and balance my life and move forward and for that I am grateful. That said, my vision is to to free up more of my time by teaching less, at least while my children are young, and maybe limit myself to one or two classes as semester. As far as Int-Great, I want to concentrate on coaching and training and develop a training manual. I would also love to write a book showing the many things Middle Eastern and Western women have in common.

My mother was my first inspiration. She was a hard working woman and provided us with a great life and I owe much of who I am to her. Today, my greatest inspiration are my daughters. I want to be a role model for my girls and to teach them to never be quiet. I am also inspired by the students I teach and the impact I have on them. Two years ago after one of my lectures a student came up to me and said, "When I grow up I to be just like you", and that stuck with me.

I want to be remembered for being a positive influence on young women.
