I chose to join Rodan + Fields after a 20 year long career in transportation and logistics. I have been in direct sales for 2.5 years. I initially decided to join the company to receive a larger discount, and my aspirations grew from there. It's about relationship building, the people, hosting events, and telling people about educating others about how the products can help and benefit them. 

Experience and my own success using the products along with formal trainings, the right resources, and continued education have prepared me for my career with Rodan + Fields.

My biggest challenge was coming to terms with the idea that success is built and sometimes comes slower than you thought or hoped. Someone other than you might earn the Lexus that month, but stay the course and know that yours is coming! It's about learning and growing as you go.

My greatest strength is my optimism - I see the glass as half full. I am also a strong leader and I am able to motivate and develop my staff to be highly productive.

My greatest accomplishment is my philanthropic work, my involvement with the Breast Cancer Foundation and my mission work in Ethiopia.

My professional goal is to change people lives, grow my team, and to just be happy. Being empowered and independent is important to me.

I am inspired by my mother, sister and my nephew; They helped me change my life. I also am inspired to help families in Ethiopia and give back.

 I volunteer at the Red Cross, Susan G, Komen and MS Foundation.

I enjoy walking and fund raising.
