I chose this career path because of my background in administration and because my husband opened up the business, so this was a very natural progression for me.

I prepared for this career by earning my degree in business administration. I have taken and continue to take training and on going education to stay a step ahead within the industries regulations.

The biggest challenge sometimes is being a woman in a male dominated industry.

My greatest strength is my ability to work well the clients, my organizational skills and my administrative duties.

My greatest accomplishment to date is coming from Brazil adapting and learning and having the opportunity to have a successful business and grow the company.

My professional goals are to expand the business and now have franchises so others can be entrepreneurs.

My inspiration comes from my husband. He started working for someone so he can learn the trade and he worked hard. He never gave up and so he motivates me to do the best and be the best, respect others and always be learning.
