This career path chose me. I found that IT was very well aligned with my skill set, and so many years ago I took an advantage of an opportunity and the rest is history! I have over 30 years of experience in the IT industry from selling Northgate computers through a GSA schedule to provide complete IT solutions to SMB and Academic clients. I focus on providing the best-managed services and proactive IT solutions to our clients.

In addition to attending the MC Technical College, much of my knowledge and expertise was acquired through the positions I held and contract working. 

My biggest challenge is that I am not the best "people manager", and while I always set the bar high for myself, I need to find someone who is better at managing employees.

I am a visionary, and I find that to be my greatest asset. I am also a very loyal person and committed to finding alternative ways to make things better then they are.

My greatest accomplishment has been surviving the ups and downs of the technology industry throughout the years, and being a reliable and good resource for others. 

My professional goal is the be the traction for the base of the company. I want to spend 100% of my time being a visionary, but in order to be able to do that I need to have the right people in place. Toward that end, I am working on building a solid management team so that I do not have to be involved in the operational aspect of the company. 

I am inspired by my competitive personality and my constant desire to be challenged and to grow. I am also inspired to set a good example, and when it is my time to give back, to serve as a mentor and a coach.

I want to be remembered for being a voice for those who don't have a voice, people with disabilities, spending time making that system better and being a positive voice.

I am an Executive Board Member of MAWBO.

In 2014, I won the Innovation in Technology Business of the Year award with NAWBO.

I am a Advocate and Volunteer for the Down Syndrome Association of Minnesota and a Coach, Supporter and Mentor for the Special Olympics.

I enjoy gardening, outdoor activities and working with people with disabilities.
