I was an Elementary School teacher for 23 years and now retired. I decided to open this group daycare 8 years ago and I have two people who are working with me to keep it going.

I obtained two Master's Degrees, one in Education and one in Public Administration. 

I am from Nigeria, where it is not the norm for young girls and women to receive an education, so that in it of itself was a challenge I had to overcome. Having done so, I want to encourage other women to get a formal education!

My strength comes from God.

My children are by far my greatest accomplishment. Everything I have done, was in an effort to give them the best life possible.

My short term goals include incorporating my business and getting into ministry, for which I plan to take a 6 week course to become ordained. As far as long term goals, I want to continually grow as a person, and always be better then I was the day before.

My children, my faith in God, my church and my community are my greatest sources of inspiration.

My legacy will be defined by the number of people I have touched in my lifetime, and whom have touched me.
