Pamela Frazier, RN, MBA, DHA
About me
I am a Registered Nurse with over 40 years in the profession including critical care, educator, executive and regulator.
In 2013 I began to realize that healthcare itself was changing and nursing had to change to keep up and it is up to those in the nursing profession to ensure the continual evolution of the profession. I believe that health care is not just care of the sick, but it must also involve the preservation of health or wellness. Health care professionals have a duty to stress wellness and guide the public in healthy lifestyle choices that will lead to a healthy, happier balanced life and decreased hospital admissions.
I started PSF Consulting in 2013 providing legal nurse consulting services to attorneys in cases involving personal liability, medical malpractice, toxic torts, or product liability issues. I expanded my business in 2015 to include Health and Wellness coaching, and over the next few years I phased out legal consulting and now concentrate solely on weight loss and management and health coaching. I am passionate about the future of nursing, nursing as a profession, and helping other live a balanced lifestyle with healthy mind, healthy body, healthy family, healthy society, and healthy finances.

I chose this career path because
I was born to be nurse, I have a passion and mission to inspire others to embrace self-care; Educating the public on how to live healthier lives while protecting our environment and improving the quality of life for generations to come.
After years of struggling with excess weight and serial dieting, I gained control of my weight and health by giving up dieting and embracing a more natural and organic lifestyle. I bring the knowledge I gained from my struggles with weight control to my clients. I understand their struggles, challenges and goals, because of this I can provide proven techniques and guidance to help them achieve lasting results and lifestyle changes that lead to weight loss, weight maintenance and improved health.
I prepared for this career by
I received by basic nursing education from a school of nursing after obtaining my registered nurse's license I earned my BS degree from St. Francis University in Joliet, IL. After moving to California and entering a management position I again returned to school and earned by MBA in health care administration from the University of Phoenix. After working many year in the acute care hospital as a staff nurse and as Director of Nursing Administration I made the decision to return to the academic setting but as an educator instead of a student. I was the Director of a nursing program preparing the next generation of nurses as well as a student completing my requirements for a doctoral degree in health care administration.
