I am responsible for the implementation, support, and maintenance activities pertaining to current and future voice services. I work on complex problems where analysis of situation requires in-depth evaluation of various technical and non-technical factors.  I  insure the day-to-day operation, reliability, and integrity of the enterprise communications network. This includes working with the Technology Infrastructure team on the installation, maintenance, and management of all communications circuits, contracts, and hardware maintenance contracts.  I maintain and update voice network inventory records and assists in developing AHS budgets and procuring communications equipment and supplies.

I have been in telecommunications for 27 years. I enjoy working with people and I am a great team player. I have held positions at Centel, Sprint and Embarq as a Business Specialist and CenturyLink as an Account Consultant.

I received my BA in Business Management from Webster University and took general study courses at Florida State University.

The biggest challenges I have faced as a woman in my profession has been in earning equal pay, receiving promotions, and being heard.

I am a self-starter and always taking the initiative. 

My greatest accomplishment is being a single parent and raising my son to be a productive adult, and maintaining a great work-life balance.

My goal is to grow with my company to higher management. I would also like to be afforded more opportunities to network with other women in the field.

My inspiration has been my great sales teams, customers and being the breadwinner for my family.

I want to be remembered for my strong work ethic, drive and smiles for my customers.
