I chose this career because I was interested in improving patients' quality of life. My career began in IT and I worked in pharmaceutical IT and combined my business skills with my pharmaceutical IT skills. I always liked dealing with data. I am responsible for recruiting, resource planning and management of the Immunology data.

I received a BS in Business Information Systems from Shippensburg University and through professional experience I learned more about the industry and more about which area I excel in.

My biggest challenge in the beginning was breaking through that glass ceiling in the IT world and keeping up with the trends.

My greatest strength is my ability to learn new things and the desire I have to do so! I also embrace new opportunities, I am a great mentor, and I am committed to the overall success of the organization.

My greatest accomplishment is being transparent and having a high level of ethics. I received the Standard of Leadership Award based around ethics.

My professional goals is to move Johnson & Johnson into the future and rely more on metrics to add value.

I am inspired by helping people. For me, it about the patients, being involved and bringing drugs faster to the market.
