I've been in the Insurance industry for forty years. I needed a job and found one at Erie Insurance in the claims department. From there went to administration and then support and technology. I am now the Sr. Business Analyst for the same company. I document current processes in different areas of Erie Insurance for improvement.

I prepared this career by taking insurance courses and forty years of on the job training.

The biggest challenge I've overcome is finding my own voice to be heard.

My greatest strength is being able to work with all personalities. I mentor and take the emotion out and concentrate on being a business person. I navigate in a mature fashion.

My greatest accomplishment was landing on my feet after my divorce. I was able to be successful and stay true to myself.

My goal is to retire in about five years. I want to stay active by golfing as much as possible. I would like to have a part time job that is not stressful.

What has inspired me is the ability to do my and help others. To make the process clear and provide clarity for others.

I most want to be remembered for being a positive influence on other people.

I enjoy golf, walks with friends and reading.
