I chose this career path after twenty five years of business experience. I felt the time was right to venture into my own consulting business. 

I have a BA in Business Administration from Berkeley College in New York City. I went to school full-time as well as worked full-time, so I began developing my retail and business hands on training immediately. 

Corporate America is still very male dominated and quite a challenge for a woman. I am a wife, mother and business executive and that is a complicated arrangement. At times you fell as if you need to make a choice. I want it all and have it all but it is challenging to run a household and a business.

I am hands on, loyal and hard working. I've earned respect which enabled me to branch off to start my own business. I lead by example and embrace people. I listen more then I talk, I have strong connections and  I validate my clients.

In 2009 I was diagnosed with breast cancer after just giving birth to my fourth daughter. I had to work every day to help support my family and my health insurance. I did not want to be pitied and I found the strength to keep going and get through it. That was by far my biggest accomplishment.

My professional goals are to continue with my consulting business. Generally in this type of business you observe and make recommendations. I eventually would like to add teaching and educating to my consulting rather than just advising.

With out a doubt I am inspired by my upbringing. Both my parents were immigrants. My father had polio which made his life very difficult. Both my parents were professionals, my mother a teacher and my father a doctor. When they came to the United States their credentials were not accepted. They had to start over, but they never gave up strength or determination. They succeeded against all odds and they are my inspiration.

I most want to remembered for working hard and my passion to help and educate others. 

I participate in Hands on Broward.

I volunteer for Susan Coleman Walk for Breast Cancer and Wind of Freedom.

I have been a runner for thirty three years and I've run many marathons. I also enjoy drawing with charcoal and pastels.
