I have been in the medical field for 35 years. I have spent the majority of my career in the skin care and cosmetics arena because I am passionate about helping others, especially women, feel better about themselves and feel beautiful. Two years ago, I opened Restoration MedSpa.

I began my career by becoming a Licensed Physicians Assistant through the Bowman Gray School of Medicine of Wake Forest University. Upon graduating, I held two internships and worked for several years with plastic surgery groups. I became credentialed as a Master Injector and today I am ranked as a Diamond Injector for Allergan. I continually attend seminars, participate in trainings, learn new techniques, and receive certifications, as listed below, to further my knowledge and expertise, keep up with the ever changing and advancing industry, and offer more to my clients.

My biggest challenge has been overcoming being a female business owner. I am not new to this, as I have owned many businesses throughout my career. I once owned a boat dealership with my husband and was amazed at how the customers would ignore me and direct their questions to him!

My greatest strengths is my ability to bring out a woman's inner beauty. So many of my clients come in with a low self-esteem or poor self-image.

My greatest accomplishment was opening this Restoration MedSpa two years ago, and surpassing every practice in the region.

I recently opened a second location and so my goal is to hire more staff and grow even further to reach more people!

Some one telling me I can't do something inspires me. I grew the last practice I managed 5 times over, at which time the Doctor told me be could not continue to pay me the percentage I was owed, and quiet frankly was worth. I told him I was going out and own and he assured me I would fail. Well, two years later here I am... thriving!

I want to be remembered for my tenacity and my faith, and for always treating people right and doing the right thing.
