I am the inventor of e-Factor!, a role-playing business ethics simulator, and CEO and Executive Coach of EUC, LLC.(Empowerment Unlimited Coaching LLC). I also mentor entrepreneurs and owners of small businesses through ASU. I started consulting 11 years ago, after having worked in corporate America as an accountant. At that time, leadership asked me to do things that were unethical and illegal. It completely went against my morals and I left, giving up a 6-figure income. I had a dream one night that was an image of a movie marquis in Times Square in New York City. Across the marquis was the word Ethics streaming, and right then I got up and went to the computer and formed a 6 page business plan that I felt would wind up helping the business world.

My biggest challenge is being respected in the corporate world and always having to prove myself. As an entrepreneur getting funding is difficult especially as a women- people expect you to fail.

My strengths are coaching, mentoring and helping others see their situation more clearly and create a safe collaborative atmosphere in a compassionate space for them to solve issues.

I feel my greatest accomplishment has been helping many people avoid disaster. Inventing the e-Factor!® and discovering a funcreativeway to improve ethics in the workplace and building a business around the game.

Last year I was recovering from a Retina detachment and rededicated my effort to make my business grow. I overhauled my business, my attitude and the way I planned for success. I refocused on mentoring, coaching and the ethics part of the game. Moving forward, my vision is to grow my business and have a larger team. Right now I use contractors and I look to change that and increase my profits. I look forward to coaching, being a business analyst, train the trainer and licensing and maybe turn the business into a franchise.

When I was in the corporate world I was the finance director for a U.S. company abroad. Someone called me to tell me a co-worker killed 2 co-workers and others in leadership were abusing young girls in the business. It was an ethical dilemma and I realized no policy and procedures were in place. I also found out $1 million  was missing and reported it. Someone followed me home and drew a gun through his car window. I realized then the importance of changing the ethics in business.

I want to be remembered for helping people make better ethical decisions and find freedom. I want to make the world a better place and onne where we can stand up to bullies.
