I chose this career because I enjoy the industry and the people. I have been in the industry for 18 years working in casinos. I started as a cashier and worked my way up from HR Specialist to Scheduling Manage to Marketing Operation Manager and to my current position as Slot Service Manager. My focus is to provide an outstanding gaming experience environment to the public.

I prepared for my career through training, mentoring and I did receive an Associate Degree in Human Resource Management.

My biggest challenge is balance between my profession and my home life.

My greatest strength is being able to move up, not being afraid of challenges and changes.

My greatest accomplishment is starting my career from the ground up, working in different positions in the casino industry, customer service and developing partnerships with the team.

My professional goal is to get to Director level position for Slots or Marketing.

I am inspired by my mom. She passed away when I was 14 years old but she always taught me to work hard and to do your best.

I want to be remembered as the person had patience for others, understanding, succeeding at any job I had and leading by example.

I received the Global Gaming Women's Scholarship 2017.

I support the Alzheimer Foundation and Breast Cancer.
