Ms. Narcise spends a lot time traveling to different accounts that she deals with.  Her accounts are employers that have between 50 and 10,000 employees, and Ms. Narcise specifically deals with the health and employee benefits.  When she is in her office, she is dealing with the emails and phone calls to current accounts, and working with the business owners and the human resources department. When she meets with her clients, she could be meeting with the employees going over new or changed benefits within their insurance.

Additionally, Ms. Narcise spends a lot of time on the road doing presentations for a new prospective clients, during which she explains the health and employee benefit packages and the costs, and helps to explain any and all questions.

Her personal expertise is in medical and dental insurance, payroll, and helping advise human resource departments.  She's most noted for her public speaking on health care reform.

Ms. Narcise received her bachelor's degree in political science from the William Paterson University of New Jersey in 2003.

When Ms. Narcise graduated from school, she went to a job placement company that started her with Savoy Associates as a receptionist; shortly later, she was promoted to support.  She made the decision to get her license on her own and, from that point on, she has moved up in the indsurty to the position she's in now.

Ms. Narcise has always had a very competitive nature.

Looking ahead, Ms. Narcise aspires to still be with her company, but with more responsibilities and a higher promotion.
