I have been developing training programs and creating curriculums for BMWC for the last 5 years. I went into this field because I always had a passion for construction.

I received my B.S. in Organization Management from the Calumet College of St. Joseph and went onto to become a Certified Facilitatory by The Leadership Challenge®, FlashPoint Leadership Consulting.

My biggest challenge is working in a man's world and a male dominated industry at that. Normally, women have to work twice as hard to be recognized, however the construction industry to so heavily male dominated that women need to work 4 times as hard to be recognized.

Among my greatest strengths, is that I am a people person and a problem solver. I sincerely care about the development of employees, and I think outside the box.

My greatest accomplishment was finishing my degree while working full-time.

I would like to help others through The Leadership Challenge, especially high school students. It is so important to teach our youth the importance of communication and leadership to prepare them for the next phases of their lives.

What inspires me is knowing that I am making a difference in people's lives and helping them in anyway I can.

I want to be remembered as a someone who cared, and for always going the extra mile.
