I have been in the Coaching industry for 7 years and started Creco Coaching and Consuilting, LLC. in 2013. I work with my partner in Leadership Development and Executive Coaching.

Before starting my company, I was a Human Resource Executive. Going into leadership and executive coaching was really a natural progression and career move for me. I am passionate about helping people reach their fullest potential in the workplace.

I received my MLHR from Ohio State University. I went on to complete a comprehensive, accredited coach training program through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and became affiliated with the International Coach Federation and received my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential.

I have had many challenges ,but right now the biggest one I struggle with is getting in front of male CEOs.

My greatest strengths are speaking (I am usually well-received), strategic thinking, and being a lifelong learner. I also see problems differently and can provide innovative solutions.

My greatest accomplishment is having taken two organizations, on the Human Capital side, successfully through mergers.

My goal is to effect more lives and train managers and employees to use coaching skills to bring their businesses and employees to their fullest potential. 

Helping people reach their potential, and taking into account emotional intelligence to do that, is inspirational to me.

I want to be remembered for the positive impact I have on everyone I come in contact with.

I love spending time with my 14 yr old and my 11 yr. old. I also love to read, spend time outside, and go kyacking and fly fishing.
