I am an entrepreneur at heart - it is my passion. I became owner and operator of LR Future in 1994 and worked for 8 years in the industry before branching out on my own. I work on a holistic business model which I develop by creating a life style plan. I add a Life Style Discovery process in client meetings to identify personal values, money personality and vision for their future in all ares of their lives. I have a passion for people and building relationships. I am a Life Matters Lifestyle Coach.

I received a Leadership Certification/Empowerment from U of R, Parkland College and a Life Coaching Certification from Canadian Coaches Association. I am also a Certified Cash Flow Specialist, Registered for Mutual Funds in Saskatchewan and Notary Public.

My biggest challenge is being a woman in business and learning how to best handle the different personalities of people.

My greatest strengths include my abilities to build relationships and work well with others, to find solutions to problems and overcome challenges, and to coach and mentor others.

My greatest accomplishment was winning the Top Woman in Sales for Blue Cross and speaking at a venue after my 2nd year in business. I have also spoken at conventions on the financial side.

My professional goal is to engage in more public speaking, and to hold and conduct workshops, both online and in-person. In preparation of my transition, it is also my priority to train those around and do my part to ensure that they are as successful as possible. 

I am inspired to make a difference in the world of finance and in the lives of those I work and interact with. I am also inspired by enthusiasm and challenges. 

I want to be remembered as a woman of presence and vision, and for building harmony and contributing to society and the world. Above all, I want to be remembered for the difference I made in the lives of my children and my grandchildren. 

I am on the Advisory Board of Economic Development, the Canadian Professional Consultant on Aging, the Yorkton Chamber of Commerce, the Yorkton Business Improvement District and the Insurance Brokers Association of Saskatchewan.

I received LR Future's Community Involvement Award in 2006 and the Business Excellence Award in 2014.

I support Habitat for Humanity.
