Her motto is to always live life to the fullest. She is a very passionate person, and her passion for life overtakes all her endeavors, hobbies and interests. 

She is the owner of Ware Family Dental and the Smile Center in Grenada, MS. It is a general practice that caters to all populations of patients. She treats 60-70 percent children, special needs and geriatric patients within the area. Her services include an oral surgeon in office, two other general dentists, including her brother, and hospital dentistry, where she is the on staff dental surgeon at Grenada Lake Medical Center. Her office has a highly competent staff, and is known in the community to perform outreach with Headstart programs, local churches, the Rowland Boys Home and visit the nursing home in special circumstances.

She has been involved in dentistry for many years. She started as a school dentist, and then purchased an existing practice. She loves working with people and improving their quality of life by taking away their pain and anxiety and/or improving/restoring their smile.

In preparation for becoming a dentist, she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, with an emphasis in International Studies, then immediately attended the College of Dentistry at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.

She thinks the dental field is mostly male-dominated. She works with a lot of young children, and the work itself is labor and mind intensive. She finds that helping others overcome fears and anxiety, while also doing quality work in a set time frame can be quite challenging.

She feels that her strengths lie in her great communication skills and ability to relate to her patients on a one-to-one basis.

The greatest accomplishment in her life so far has been opening her own dental practice and growing the practice through the recession.

She is currently working with her partner to develop an iPad/iPhone/Android application called, "Revenge of the Nerds," which is an anti-bullying video game in conjunction with dentistry.

Her greatest inspiration has been the children that come back to her smiling. As word-of-mouth is important in growing her business, it is important that her young patients are happy to see her.

She would like to be remembered as a humanitarian and a people person who gives back to the community and promotes good health. In addition to being a dentist, she also promotes a health supplement called LIMU. Her goals include creating more time to participate in missionary trips so she can promote healthy teeth and gums to children and adults abroad. She wants them to understand the importance that dentistry has on overall health.

She loves to work out in her spare time, and is a certified fitness trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association. She also enjoys traveling, reading, wine tasting and fine cuisine.
