I provide representation in union facilities that promote collaborative working relationships between the union and the company. I am also an Evangelist at Haven Institute Ministries.

Haven Institute Ministry is built on the foundation of Jesus Christ, our Lord & Savior. Our ministry's vision and mission is to raise up a Spiritual Army, Empowered to fulfill the “Great Commission” and preparing the hearts of the people for the return of the Lord in Kingdom Truths Locally, Nationally and through out the Nations.

I started as a staff representative and became a union representative, which gave me the opportunity to embrace the political and educational aspects while facilitating needed change.

The biggest challenge for me has been hanging my voice heard and establishing myself as leader in a male dominated field, made up of predominantly middle aged, white men.

I have the ability to lead, persuade, educate and train others to empower themselves.

I am fortunate and blessed in that I have have been presented many great opportunities in my life, but my greatest accomplishment is my family. Second to that, I am very proud of myself for obtaining my master's degree in Theology. 

My goal is to complete my Doctorate by 2018 and open my own business.  I envision opening a center for women to educate, mentor and empower them.  I would also like to develop a partnership that would help inmates regain their positions in society through education and employment opportunities.

My inspiration has been the vision of change for partnerships, team building and bringing longevity to the workforce.

I want to be remembered for my love of all people and enriching the lives of others with inspiration.

I participate in CIRT - United Way funding and I am an Evangelist at Haven Institute Ministries.

I enjoy vacationing and traveling with my husband and spending time with my grandchildren; Bowling and skating are some new activities I share with them!
