I have spent 13+ years in the Healthcare industry. I was working in the clinical area, but developed my skill set to take on a leadership role in the operating room area.
I chose this career path because
I chose this career path because I wanted to expand my knowledge and develop my career in other areas.

The biggest challenge I've overcome
My biggest challenge has been working with many physicians and some female physicians, but requiring more time to giving direction to the male physicians.

My greatest area of strength are in my people and analytical skills.
My greatest accomplishment to date
My greatest accomplishment has been my goal conversion rate, preparing new patients for the surgeons. My conversion rate has been between 80%-90%.
My personal/professional goals
My professional goals include to continue moving up the ranks and finish my career with Rothman Institute.
What/Who has inspired me the most
What inspires me the most is customer service, which I take very serious. To me, it is about positive, patient outcome and their satisfaction . I truly care about the patients.
