I was the executive director for a non-profit for 8 years and prior to that worked as a social worker in long term care. While at the non-profit, a consultant had an article posted on her site and I was contacted by the company. I feel that everything we do involves project management and at that time I was living in Florida. The owner of Reg Tec saw potential in me and I decided to take on the challenge. I love project management and feel I am doing what I was meant to do and I am working for a great company and a great owner.

I received my Bachelors in Social Work from Indiana University. Regarding my current, position I have learned much of what I know on-the-job and have taken related courses with Coursera. Additionally, I have certifications in Managing Project Risks and Changes and Budgeting and Scheduling Projects through The University of California-Irvine.

My biggest, but most enjoyable, challenge was the learning process involved in pharmaceuticals.

My greatest strengths include my organizational skills and my ability to be direct and "to the point" - I am not a procrastinator. I also love learning and feel that is a strength of mine.

Earning this position has been a great accomplishment. I can see myself running this company in the future.

I went though quite a few changes myself this year. I moved to South Carolina and into a new position. As soon as I came to Reg Tec, I realized this is what I want to do for the rest of my life!

My goal is to make as many contacts in Pharmaceuticals as I can and develop relationships. To that end, I am attending many conferences and speaking on the phone. This is largely a virtual business, but I am making sure I put myself out there to build relationships. I also hope to publish some articles in the near future.

My boss inspires me. He has 40 years of success in this industry and knows so much about it and has built so many relationships.

I want people to remembered for starting out in the industry not knowing anything and growing to run the business.
