I fell into Payroll and Human Resources right after High School and loved working with employees, sharing information with them and helping them. I started with ADP 24 years ago in the Payroll department. I was responsible for client services, implementation, and worked my way up to being a Sr. Client Trainor. I have been in Human Capital Management(HCM) for 13 years.

My preparation has been a combination of experience and education. Much what I know, I learned on-the-job throughout the course of my career. As far as education, I obtained my Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification, and have taken courses through The Society for Human Resource Management(SHRM) and The HR Certification Institute (HRCI).

I am very driven in achieving my professional goals, and raising my two children and spending time was always my top priority, so my biggest challenge was finding a balance between work and life.

After losing my husband 4 years ago, it was a challenge to go it alone.

Among my greatest strengths are my technical and communication skills. I am able to innately dig into software, test it, and find the right software for a lint's processes, and I am able to effectively communicate with the stakeholders to assess their processes and fix/develop them.

My two children and my grandchildren (one on the way!) are, without a doubt, my greatest accomplishments. Second to that, I feel my ability to communicate and the branding I have done for myself are huge accomplishments, as both enabled me to make valuable connections within ADP on a professional level, and throughout my life on a personal level - it's all about who you know & going to the right person.

Currently, I work with software developers and I am examining processes. In the future, I would like to get more behind the scenes, putting out more programs that work well while having the HR professional best processes in mind. I would like to work outside of the box to develop processes in any industry. 

Days in the corporate world can be very stressful, I know this first hand, so knowing I am providing solutions designed to ease the pains companies endure is what keeps me going. I am inspired to make people's lives better.

I want to be remembered, first of all, as a Christian. I would also like to be remembered for being someone always went the extra mile and left no stone unturned in my efforts to help others.
