I chose this career path because
I have been in Marketing for 27 years and just recently joined One point Communications as their Senior Vice President.. I went into marketing because i just really enjoy the creative side of business, sales and marketing. I had my own very successful advertising agency, The Basement Design + Motion LLC. for 7 years and sold it.
I prepared for this career by
I received my BA in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing and a minor in Psychology and then went on to receive my MBA in Marketing from the University of Dayton.
The biggest challenge I've overcome
My greatest challenge is work -life balance.

My strengths are the relationships I build with people, and my leadership skills.

I My greatest accomplishment his having run a very successful advertising company for 7 years and selling it.
My personal/professional goals
Being in this senior leadership and equity partner position , my goal is to drive the company and my clients towards significant growth.
We have started our plan to do this through rebranding our services and the company itself and doing an aggressive outreach
What/Who has inspired me the most
For me personally , I grew up in corporate America and then took 25 years to do something on my own that was successful. My goal is to take this company and drive it with traction to the next level and leave a legacy for my children.
I most want to be known/remembered for
This company I am partnering with is a Christian Owned business"From Message to Market" in a covert way. I want to be remebered for driving the business of my clients forward and have the opportunity to take the Good News message to people. I want to be remembered for using my talent to drive growth in the organization and the people we come into contact with.
