My career has really been a natural progression. My father started this business, and I started helping out in the business while I was going to school studying corporate law. I developed a love for the industry. That in combination with my experience in the event service industry lead me down this path. 

I was mentored by my father, my uncle, and other members within the company, which allowed me to learn a great deal through pure exposure and experience. As far as formal education, I received my MBA from USC and I have taken many college business courses.

I faced my biggest challenges at the beginning of my career, as there were very few women in the industry. It was difficult to establish myself as a leader and to be taken seriously, but I pushed along and they listened.

My greatest strength is being a woman, being more compassionate in tone and being a good listener.

Getting to where I am today has been my greatest accomplishment. I am a leader and I got where I am today through hard work and determination and for that I am proud.

My goals professionally are to continue to grow the company and add vertical markets to offer more to our clients and give people what they need.

I am inspired by my parents and seeing how much my father and my mother sacrificed to get this business to where it is today. My parents instilled a good work ethic in me and my siblings and that is what has been the driving force in keeping the company going and all of us working together. I am inspired by my passion and love for the industry.

I want to be remembered as a woman of strength, leadership, and perseverance. I also want to be known for my sense of humor - you always have to remember to laugh!

I am a member of Exhibit Designers and Producers Association, AMA and DMA.

I volunteer at Exhibit 4 Smiles.

I enjoy spending time with my family, my children, riding horses and riding motorcycles!
