JSJ International, Inc  is the parent company of TrikleTrade. TrikleTrade.com is a social good network crowdsourcing goods and services for individuals, nonprofits, and communities. Our community values: everything is free and if you're helped, return and pay it forward, offer a good or answer a request.

TrikleTrade launched June 2012 by co-founders and a team inspired to create human connection through helping each other and crowdsource needed items and services. Our mottos of 'paying it forward' and ‘neighbors helping neighbors’ are two of the core philosophies that motivated us to create a network for positive change, with unique tools for engagement.

I co-founded TrikleTrade.com with my daughter, who came up with the idea as a way of bringing together people to focus on communities that need help. It is a Pay-It-Forward network, which has always been our family model, and we came up with ideas to monetize it. In Montana there have been many wildfires, and TrikleTrade is a place where non-profits can come and express their needs with their own webpage and can blast out to other businesses for help.

I am also the Executive Director of Montana Wood Products Association. I became involved in the trade association because I am concerned about our natural resources. I worked with U.S. Senator Conrad Burns in the US Congress until 2003, at which time I was asked to take over MWPA to develop their Natural Resource Development Policy. My public policy experience, both at the state and federal level, has served me well during my time at MWPA.

I studied Political Science and Economics at the University of Montana.

The Natural Resource industry is heavily male dominated, so establishing myself as a female leader has been a challenge in it of itself. I find myself having to prove myself and build trust with each new role I take on. I am also a single mother of 3, so that came with its own unique challenges.

Among my greatest strengths are my abilities to communicate, collaborate, listen and mediate. Creating solutions is also one of my fortes.

My 3 children are my greatest accomplishment. Second to that, being an Executive Director responsible for overseeing 8,000 employees in that state of Montana is something I am very proud of.

This year I have developed more willingness to move the e-commerce business to the forefront. I am retiring from the Trade Association and putting myself out there more to network with like-minded women. My goal is to keep growing, learning, and connecting with other empowered women, and to eventually become a spokesperson for women in business.

My mother was an accomplished woman of principle who taught me the important of reaching out and helping others and so my upbringing still serves a huge source of my inspiration. Additionally, I am inspired by the fact that what we offer is a platform for others to help others - what a rewarding concept.

I want to be remembered as someone who made a difference in the world, rather than sitting back and complaining.
