I chose this career path because
I have been in the banking industry for over 35 years and with Signature Bank for 15 years. I decided to go into banking after being presented with many choices after grad school. I thought banking was an interesting path that enabled me to travel and connect with other people.
I prepared for this career by
I have my Masters in Science degree in Math from New York University and I have done Corporate Banking Training with the National Bank of North America.
The biggest challenge I've overcome
Since I have been in the industry it has been challenging for women to grow in what was an all male environment.
My greatest strength(s)
My greatest strengths are networking organization, honest and sincerity.
My greatest accomplishment to date
My greatest accomplishment has been building a successful portfolio and being admired by my colleagues.
My personal/professional goals
My goal is to remain with Signature as long as I can because I love the company. I want to continue to build an even more profitable portfolio. Then eventually I will retire.
What/Who has inspired me the most
I have an amazing boss , the President of the bank , who inspires me and making my clients happy inspires me as well.
I most want to be known/remembered for
I want to be remembered for being a wonderful networker, friend and advisor to my clients.
