I am passionate about healing and holistic health. My mother was a master healer and a huge influence for me and my decision to pursue this as a career. She taught me to love people and to treat the mind, body, and soul as one.  I use my knowledge, training, energy and the arts to help others work through their physical, emotional or artistic blocks to express themselves in their lives and their careers by releasing trauma or fear to obtain optimal health. I am also an award-winning singer, songwriter and sound healer and I integrate my experience with holistic health into music for healing.

I am a Brennan Healing Science Practitioner, a Holistic & Pastoral Counselor, a Certified Hypnotherapist, a Certified Yoga Instructor, an Ayurvedic Nutritional Counselor and a Sound Healer. I did also receive a degree in Mass Media Communication.

My biggest challenges are in achieving balance and finding ways to use my passion and knowledge to help and educate others.

My greatest strength is my ability to heal and empower others, which is a gift I was born with. Additionally, I am empowered, inspired, knowledgeable, and passionate, which allows me to connect with people on a deeper level.

My greatest accomplishment is being recognized by the global community and the impact I have had on the lives of others. I am privileged to have been able to help people around the world, especially women, and I am eternally grateful for what I have learned from all of them along the way. It is both and honor and privilege to watch those I have helped grow and realize their greatest potential. 

My eventual goal is to close my private practice and devote my time toward compile my recordings, curriculum and my workbooks into a book. I also want to continue to write, teach, record, tour and create musical healing events. I would then like to tour and teach

I am inspired by my vision and my creativity. I am inspired by the fact that I was called upon to help others, and that even if I were to die tomorrow, the work I have done and the impact I made will live on.
