She chose this path because she always liked helping people, and she was already involved in volunteering at the shelter and was offered a part-time job.

She attended Simpson College and attained a bachelor's degree in psychology and criminal justice. She is currently looking and doing research to continue her education in either forensic or clinical psychology in the near future. She is currently looking for a mentoring opportunity to guide and mold her to utilize all of her qualities and skills.  

Her biggest challenge as a woman has been dealing with self-esteem and social issues, as well as insecurities.  Also, although she is 24 years old, she looks like she is 14 years old, so obviously, people taking her seriously and doubting her abilities are some of the challenges she faces.

She is a really hard worker, and worked really hard in college. She also prides herself on her self-motivation; she runs cross country and track, and is currently training for a triathlon. Some of her greatest attributes are her honesty, loyalty, compassion and nurturing qualities. These attributes can sometimes work against her, as she tends to get too attached to her patients, especially the children. She needs to know her boundaries.  

Her greatest accomplishments was graduating from high school with a perfect 4.0 GPA and being on honor roll. She is also proud of going to college with a trustee scholarship. She loves her brave and explorative nature, as well as her growing independent.

She is currently researching schools to continue her education and attain a degree in forensic or clinical psychology. After she completes her education, she would like to travel. She has traveled in the past, and worked on a gaming reservation in Africa, and she keeps a list of places she like to go.

Ms. Harding's family plays a big part in inspiring her in her every day life. Her father and two older sisters are her role models.

She wants to be known as a strong person who's not afraid to be different. She is a firm believer in developing meaningful relationships and bringing joy to people's lives.  

She likes to spend time with her family. She is currently in training for a triathlon, so she is biking, running and swimming.. She can proudly say she can do 13 miles to date.  

She was her high school's valedictorian, and she earned a trustee scholarship to attend Simpson College.  

She is a member of the First Baptist Church, and is also an advocate for children and women who are victims of domestic violence and abuse.
