I started out in an entry-level position, and with enough determination and a lot of hard work, I moved my way up to the position of Director of Clinical Operations.

I did not prepare for this position through any sort formal education or college degree. Everything that I know I learned on-the-job and through experience, which absolutely is the greatest teacher of all!

We live in a man's world, and my biggest challenge as a woman in a leadership role, has been earning the respect of the CEO and the other male executives.

My customer service skills are by far my greatest strength.

My greatest accomplishment has been making it this far, and establishing the professional career that I have, without a formal education or college degree. Where I am today is purely a result of hard work, and for that I am most proud.

My goal is continue growing as a professional and to play a role in better educating and training our staff. We have recently hired a company that will be responsible for effectively helping us in our training and education efforts, and I am excited to see that through!

The patients are what often keep me going. I find a great deal of inspiration in knowing that they come here to be in a safe environment and be well taken care of. My family is also very inspirational to me, and I work as hard as I do, to provide and give them the life they deserve.

I want to most be remembered for my kindness, hard work, and experience.
