I love to educate and inform younger generations, engaged couples and first-time home-buyers on real estate ins and outs, and that is what sparked Houzerz.com, an online channel where people can go to get useful, helpful real estate information and connect with real estate professionals and homeowners alike. I also lend helpful bits on home improvement, renovations, remodeling, decorating and maintaining their property. The profits from the business will help fund the non profits that I support.  Providing career opportunities for people, along with the plans I have to branch out, will generate revenue that will fuel the non-profits and represents the culmination of my passions to help people.

I am a social entrepreneur who has successfully launched several non-profit and for-profit businesses. I got my start when I took the helm of my family apparel business. I am trained in online marketing and social media, and currently am the CEO of Fair Market, Inc.

My biggest challenge has been balancing work and life. Health issues a while back forced me to chose between work and family, and I chose family. Family will always come first to me. I am trying to share my time fairly with my family while being committed to growing the businesses that I am involved with and the non-profit missions I support.

I am a true entrepreneur who can not only see the big picture and what it will take to grow a company, but I also have the ability to follow through with the details that are necessary. I am a servant leader who truly loves taking an organization from infancy and growing it to maturity. I love seeing the leaders that emerge.

Raising my four boys and seeing them turn into nice productive young men has been my greatest accomplishment. Three of my sons are in college and my youngest son is blazing his own trail to stand beside them.

Houzerz is going to be my main focus. I am hoping to be able to take the company, which is driven by monetary considerations, and build strong leaders to take ownership, branch out and grow it. This will in turn allow me to eventually turn my attention to growing the non-profits that I support.

That answer is simple. God. I want to give glory and thanks to God for the blessings in my life. I am passionate about this, I love my God and others as I love myself.

I want to be remembered as someone who multiplied her blessings and empowered other people to do the same. I want people to fight when it gets hard and count their blessings when they come.
