I have been involved in Corporate Investigation Consulting for 13 years. 10 years ago I founded Kauders Consulting. At Kauders, we focus on corporate investigations, investigative due diligence, asset search, and market entry support industry & competitor insight. 

Recently we have integrated OSACO into our company. I am Senior partner of the OSACO Group which provides humanitarian and corporate oversight, compliance, capacity development and risk management services for and with investigation bodies within the UN and with humanitarian organisations.

I decided to go into this field during college. I originally thought I would become an attorney and studied political science and business management. I preferred finding evidence and proof through research and investigation. I chose the private sector over public sector and while working on something in the private sector, I was inspired to go into corporate investigations.

I  received a Master's degree from Université Jean Moulin in Law, Political Science and from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) licence pro-Investigations, P.I.  I received another Master's from Paris ESLSCA Business School in Business Intelligence & Management Strategy. I am also a Certified Fraud Examiner.

My biggest challenge is that I am in a male dominated industry. I founded my firm when I was 29 years old and my gender and my age forced me to work twice as hard to prove my legitimacy. Another challenge has been achieving a work-life balance.

Despite that my field being male dominated is one of my challenges, I do feel that being a woman is also one of my greatest strengths. 

The recognition and success I have achieved in my field is my greatest accomplishment.

My goal is to focus less on the problems within corporations and more on the prevention and anticipation of potential difficulties for corporations. Toward that end, I integrated OSACO into my company.

What inspires me most is the creation of entrepreneurship and helping other companies.

I want to be remembered for my tenacity and my ability to succeed in nurturing my family while also growing my company through helping others.

I love to travel and soak up different cultures whether it be the Opera, Ballet , Museums, etc. I also love to participate in sports.
