I chose this career because I love property and homes. I started my career teaching Special Education. I have a son who is in a wheel chair and I wanted to be there for him. After awhile, I decided to change my career and I went into real estate to have more flexbility. I have been in the real estate industry for 25 years and my son now is an attorney.

As far as my career in education, I received my Master's degree in Special Education from Northeastern Illinois University. For my career in real estate, I received my Real Estate Broker License from Harper College. I received my ABR, GRI and SSR Certifications.

My biggest challenge is being an advocate for my son, getting through the difficulties of school, college and law school.

My greatest strengths include being a mother, a great broker, finding homes that will be the right match, being a good listener, understanding people and being a great negotiator.

My greatest accomplishment is my son and helping him achieve his goals. I am also very proud of my involvement in real estate and for having purchased property as a future investment for my husband and I.

My personal goal is to enjoy my husband, my family and grandchildren.

I am inspired by being introduced to the Power of Positivity. I think positive, have a positive outlook on lessons learned and I am humble.

I want to be remembered for being a mom.

I am a member of Main St. Association Board of Realtors and the Northwest Suburban League of Cerebral Palsy.

I volunteer as the Social Chairman for the doctors at Northwest Community Hospital.

I enjoy watching HGTV, The Fix It Show, my interest is in property and design and I love antiques.
