My career in education spans 25 years, and I have been an Associate Professor at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics for the past 20 years. Currently, I teach Management and Inspirational Leadership in English.

I decided to pursue a career in education because my entire family was in academia. Both my Mother and Father were professors. My Father was very important in Russia, as he chaired the trade union for the Communists.  Partially because of what he has done, I became inspired to become an international speaker. 

I received my PhD in History and a second high degree in English Language both from Moscow State Pedagogical University. I also received my MBA from Cambridge University.

My biggest challenge has been being heard, especially when dealing with top managers addressing issues on morality, ethics and principles.

Among my greatest strengths are my values, my experience with a deeper sociality, and my determination; No one can shake me.

Most recently I have received 3 awards and my students and won first place out of 16,000 student participants in Management by the Russian Forum on Management. It was just a year ago, due to my personal efforts, that I moved from 13th to 4th place in the chair competition and my rating moved up to 19 out of 700 professors.

My goal is to travel and become an International Speaker. I am willing to go anywhere! In order to do that, I need to receive invitations and topics to discuss.

My inspiration is my passion to share this morale and ethics with fellow professionals. I live my life by the motto, "We don't work with professionals , we work with people". Professionals need to understand what it is to be human.

I want to be remembered for my smile, my love, my faith and the very delicate, subtle energy vibration which emanates from me when I talk.

I enjoy public speaking and I love to travel and meet new people. Of course, I also love to spend time with my family.
