This career path was not one that I necessarily "chose". I found myself here through a variety of experiences.

Much of my preparation I owe to on-the-job training. I learned so much from being exposed to different departments and diverse elements of the business.

Being a woman in the construction industry, in it of itself, is a challenge. This is a heavily male dominated industry, and I often find that the experience and status I have earned goes unrecognized solely because I am a woman.

I bring a lot to the table, as I have owned and operated several business throughout the course of my career, including event planning and personal organization!

Successfully owning and operating my event planning company for 7 years was my greatest accomplishment!

I want to grow in my position and become the Controller. I also want to have better knowledge of Human Resources and Accounting, which will require more education.

My grandmother was a huge inspiration for me throughout my life.

Helping people is important to me, it does not matter how big or how small the issue. I want to be there to support others.
