It was by design that I got into my field of High Profile Executive Recruitment.  My career background has been in the private sector, but my company handles major,  high, profile positions, governed by elected individuals.

My company, Ralph Andersen & Associates, is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm serving local government clients throughout the nation with emphasis on executive search.

I have dedicated 16+ years working in organizational leadership positions and working with public entities.  I had the opportunity to purchase company and take it to a new level of advising clients of top talent.

I prepared for this career as a working consultant and years of experience and knowledge working in the public sector and local government clients.

My biggest challenge I have overcome is handling the expense of travel and management of my time to stay on top of every aspect of my business.

My greatest strength is consulting and advising my clients of the best top talent that matches their needs for important positions available.

My greatest accomplishment has been stepping into CEO role, without working in public sector (local government), which requires a methodical and deliberate approach.

My professional goals include getting more involved in international searches because of the huge opportunities.

I am inspired with running a small company, independent of large corporations.  I earn every penny and generated sales through earned and a competitive bidding process.  I handle the marketing, the executive searches, the competitive bids, proposals and more.  I am proud to stand as an independent company competing with larger firms the contract deals.

I want to be remembered for helping local government on a national basis to find local talent to better serve the public.

I participate in the Government Finance Officer's Association (G.F.O.A.).

When I take a little bit of time from my business, I enjoy relaxing at my home.
