About me
Ms. Rawlings Davis is the CEO of PolliWogs.Co, producer and manufacturer of three gourmet chocolate and caramel sauces which are available in grocery stores, specialty retail stores and food distributors.
About my company
Our chocolate is made with the finest ingredients. Perfect for ice cream, fondues, and desserts. Grocers, retail, and specialty shops carry our products. We were invited to the Broadmoor Hotel, Colorado Springs, CO. The Chocolate festival was fantastic. Our friends from the Food Network left our guests, with whip cream everywhere! We are happy to be back for the Mother's Day, Chocolate Event, Mom's weekend 2016. We love our moms! Denver Mart, Denver, CO. P.Wogs & Flower Pot Cakes.
Last year in 2015, P.Wogs donated produce and chocolate to local food pantries, our Caramel Bears made it to MDAnderson's Pediatric Cancer Centers, AZ & TX. We also contributed to Casa de Los Ninos. As a member of the National Small Business Organization and NFIB, PolliWogs.Co, P.Wogs Sauces were distributed to their board and executive leadership teams.
Our cocoa is grown with sustainable farming practices and techniques. P.Wogs Hot Fudge and Chocolate Raspberry is gluten free. Our commercial and retail kitchens is located in Wisconsin. Our offices have 3,000 locations and our chocolate and caramel is available worldwide. P.Wogs containers and packaging are eco-friendly.
I chose this career path because
I started my career as an educator. I started writing children's books including Duck Gets A New Hat, El Pato Consigue Un Nuevo Sombrero, to encourage literacy and the strength in community. The book Polli Wogs has a main character and the genre realistic fiction. A story about her adventures in life and with other people, not a fairytale. What came next, was something I never expected as a business woman. A culinary adventure that involved meeting with all kinds of chocolate princes and princesses. Conversations and meeting incredible human beings who are passionate about others and what they do.

I prepared for this career by obtaining a master's degree in education, as well as attending culinary classes, conducting research and getting support from a very large chocolate community.
The biggest challenge I've overcome
I am now, in my chocolate business, competing with the larger brands of chocolate.

My level of motivation is very high; I don't slow down.

Giving back to others has been my greatest accomplishment to date.

I would like for my products to be available in every store on the planet.

Many people have inspired me. I'm not done meeting inspirational people.
I most want to be known/remembered for
Eventually, I would like to be known as "The Chocolate Lady!"
