For over twenty five years I was a general manager for a non-profit organization. I wanted to go back to the business world.Both my parents were entrepreneurs. In 2000 I was hired by a talent management organization in Europe. I was delivering coaching and consulting and traveled 80% of the time. My dream always was to move back to the United States. In 2007 I did move back and in 2009 I opened my own coaching and consulting company. There are three main parts to my company: executive coaching, leadership consulting and online classes on how to work effectively across borders. The other component of my business is executive retreats. Since childhood I have had a great interest in the Navajo Americans. They have connections to the spirit, emotions and physical being. The goal is to benefit the executives as well as the Navajo people. Six to eight executives at a time go on outdoor camping retreats. This creates employment for the Navajo native Americans. 

I prepared for my career by getting my BA in psychology and the three and one half years of leadership development. I also have a certificate in international personal approach program and one in continuing education.

Woman have to prove twice what men prove only once. Men don not believe women are as capable as we are. We know how to ask for help and can achieve anything.

My greatest strength is my strong will. I don't give up no matter what the obstacle. I am also a people person.

Personally my greatest accomplishment is my two sons. I am proud of their successful professions but more importantly they are successful human beings. They are caring brave men. I have one grandchild and one on the way. Professionally I followed my dream, moved back to the U.S. and opened my own business.

My goal is to continue to develope my business. I will eventually sell it and have a comfortable retirement and enjoy my family.

I am inspired by the power of giving and receiving. Giving is a great source of joy. I am also inspired helping my customers reach their goals.

I most want to remembered for the power of giving and making a difference in the world.

Rotary International

I support and am very involved in the Rotary. I attend weekly meeting.

I enjoy being a professional photographer. I have written and illustrated photography books. I am currently working on on a book of the Pacific Ocean.
